- Introduction
Welcome to the website of Foxfire MedTech BV ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Foxfire-MedTech.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
- Products and Services
Foxfire MedTech BV offers the following services (collectively, “Services”):
- Subscription to Training Modules: Access to online training modules, including downloadable templates and other resources.
- Group Training Sessions and Coaching: In-person and virtual group training and coaching services, which may be scheduled independently of the subscription.
- Account Registration
An account will be automatically created for you upon purchasing a subscription to our training modules. You agree to provide accurate information during this process. Account access and benefits are limited to the individual subscriber and are non-transferable.
- User Responsibilities
4.1. License and Usage Limits:
- Your subscription grants a single-user, single-company license to access training materials. If additional users within your company, or users across multiple companies, require access, you must upgrade your license.
- All materials provided are for your personal or in-company use only. You may download, alter, and use these materials solely within your organization.
4.2. Restrictions:
- You may not use our training materials to create or replicate training sessions, whether for internal or external audiences, without our written consent.
- Using our materials to create a similar or derivative training program for sale or distribution outside of your organization is strictly prohibited.
- Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations
5.1. Automatic Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew on an annual basis.
5.2. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your subscription after the first year. Cancellation requests become effective the month following your request, and no refunds are issued for the current month.
5.3. No Refunds:
- Due to the nature of our offerings, which provide instant access to all training content, we do not offer refunds.
- Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Ownership:
- All materials, content, and designs on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and downloadable resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Foxfire MedTech BV or are used under license.
6.2. Limited License for Subscribers:
- Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download and alter provided materials solely for internal, in-company use. Any use outside this scope, including reproduction, distribution, or resale, requires prior written permission from Foxfire MedTech BV.
- Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
7.1. General Disclaimer:
- All materials and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that applying our training materials will result in specific outcomes, such as increased sales or market growth.
7.2. Distributor Contract Template Disclaimer:
- Our template for creating a distributor contract is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal advice. Each business’s needs are unique, and we strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional to customize the template to fit your requirements. Use of the template is at your own discretion, and we disclaim any liability for its use. By using this template, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of this disclaimer.
7.3. Limitation of Liability:
- Foxfire MedTech BV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
8.2. Language:
- The governing language of these Terms and all communications, legal or otherwise, is English.
8.3. Jurisdiction:
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, with the “Last Updated” date reflecting the latest changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12-Month Growth Money-Back Guarantee
Effective Date: 21st February 2025
- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 12-Month Growth Money-Back Guarantee, participants must meet the following conditions:
- Be a paying customer of the Masterclass: Medical Device Distribution.
- Complete all modules of the Masterclass.
- Execute all assignments included in the program.
- Attend at least 70% of scheduled coaching calls or webinars.
- Actively apply the Masterclass framework to seek new distributors.
- Most participants enroll through their company; in certain cases, two students per company may join under a single enrollment.
- Requirements for a Valid Refund Request
To request a refund, participants must:
- Complete the full 12-month program.
- Implement and document the strategies learned.
- Provide proof of application and effort (see Section 3).
- Submit the refund request within 14 days of completing the 12-month period.
- Evidence of Implementation
To validate a refund request, participants must provide the following evidence:
- Copies of emails or contracts with potential distributors.
- Sales reports before and after the program.
- Meeting records with distributors.
- A business plan developed using the Masterclass framework.
- Completion of all assigned coursework, including feedback integration.
Assignment Submission & Feedback Process:
To maintain accountability, each participant will:
- Receive a structured assignment schedule outlining deliverables for each module.
- Submit assignments on time and address instructor feedback before moving forward.
- If assignments are incomplete or feedback is not addressed, the guarantee is void.
- Timeframe for Claiming the Guarantee
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the 12-month program is completed.
- Participants are responsible for preparing their refund request in advance if they believe they have met all requirements but did not achieve the defined growth.
- Definition of Growth
Growth is defined as achieving all of the following within 12 months:
- Securing at least one new distributor and contracting them.
- Implementing a structured system and process for distributor management.
- Achieving a 5% sales growth with at least one existing distributor (measured in volume or revenue, whichever is achieved first).
Metrics tracked to assess progress:
- Module completion.
- Attendance of online calls.
- Submission and review of assignments.
- Guarantee Activation Process
- To initiate a refund, participants must send a written request via email explaining why they did not achieve growth.
- The request must include all required evidence as outlined in Section 3.
- A review process will be conducted to verify compliance with the guarantee conditions.
- Additional Support Instead of a Refund
If a participant does not achieve growth but meets all program requirements, they qualify for continued support instead of a refund:
- Ongoing access to coaching and training sessions for an additional 12 months, or until growth has been realized.
- Access to 10-minute one-on-one Q&A calls as needed.
- Exclusions & Limitations
The guarantee does not apply under the following conditions:
- The participant did not complete the program or failed to implement strategies as instructed.
- External market conditions (e.g., economic downturn, company closure) directly impacted sales.
- Internal issues within the participant’s company, including:
- Inferior product quality, complaints, or product recalls.
